The Bruder garbage truck 02812 is a 1:16 scale replica of the MACK Granite rear-loading refuse vehicle, built from high-quality ABS plastic and designed for children who want more than a push-along model. The red cab features opening doors, a tilting bonnet that reveals the engine block, and foldable rearview mirrors with chrome-effect fittings. Two coloured wheelie bins clip onto the rear-loading mechanism; turning the side dial operates the working press that compacts the contents into the load body – exactly as the real machine works. The tailgate is locked open during tipping and released by a knob on top, emptying the container in one satisfying motion. No batteries are required at any stage. This bruder garbage truck measures 69.7 x 18.5 x 26.5 cm and weighs 3.06 kg, giving it a solid, substantial feel that holds up to outdoor use as well as indoor play. The rubber-treaded tyres roll smoothly across different surfaces, and the cab is compatible with Bruder figures (sold separately). A Bruder Light and Sound Module – item numbers 02801 or 02802 – can be fitted to the cab for an added dimension, though it is not included in the box.
