As the heart of the Bosch Smart Home system, it bundles together all central information, connects all devices and allows devices to function seamlessly. These can be operated and controlled via the app, voice commands or scenarios and automations. For maximum data security, the high-performance Bosch Smart Home Controller II stores all data locally as standard and ensures full control even when cloud-based partner services are used. Even during remote access, communication between the controller and the app is protected thanks to the very latest encryption methods. With regular updates, the controller's range of functions is increasing all the time, making your smart home even smarter. Your Bosch Smart Home Controller II also makes many of your existing Bosch Smart Home devices Matter-compatible. This means that you can control them in other Matter systems and connect them to products from other manufacturers via the Matter smart home standard. *Works with Bosch Smart Home generation II devices as well as outdoor sirens, motion detectors, Twinguard, Twist, water alarms and smart plug compact units.
