The pack is supplied uninflated, ready to divide between party bags or use as prizes. Adult supervision is required; keep uninflated balloons and broken pieces away from children, and discard damaged balloons promptly. Contains natural rubber latex. The stated diameter describes an inflated balloon, rather than the retail packaging. A counted pack makes it easy to prepare individual party bags, distribute balloons between activity groups or keep extras ready for celebrations. The elastic band provides the holding point for punch-balloon play, and colours are assorted rather than individually selectable.
