Manual petrol and diesel transfer siphon pump with 90 centimetre hose designed for fuel line priming, liquid transfer and general vehicle, marine, workshop and maintenance applications. The pump features a manual squeeze primer bulb made from rubber and aluminium, with a 150 millimetre pump length, 45 millimetre body width and 10 millimetre barbed connections. The transparent silicone hose is 90 centimetres long with a 10 millimetre internal diameter and 12 millimetre external diameter. Repeated squeezing of the flexible bulb helps draw compatible petrol or diesel through the hose without the need for batteries, mains electricity or a powered pump. Suitable for compatible fuel systems in cars, vans, motorcycles, boats, outboard engines, generators, lawn mowers, tractors and other garden or workshop machinery. The pump can also be used for transferring compatible liquids between tanks, jerry cans, storage containers and equipment where controlled manual flow is required. A pump used exclusively for water may be suitable for removing water from suitable containers. Never use a pump that has previously contacted fuel, oil, solvents or chemicals for aquarium or clean water applications. The internal one way valve helps prevent liquid flowing backwards when the bulb is released. The arrow on the pump body shows the intended direction of flow. The clear hose allows liquid movement to be monitored during transfer. For best results, secure both containers, fit the pump with the arrow pointing towards the destination and squeeze the bulb repeatedly until flow begins. Ensure connections are secure and stop use immediately if leaks occur. Check compatibility with the intended liquid before use. Do not use with hot liquids, corrosive chemicals or aggressive solvents. When handling petrol or diesel, use in a well ventilated area away from flames, sparks and other ignition sources.
