The shell of this hat is a water resistant luxurious nylon fabric which keeps the head dry, keeping snow and moisture out. This hat is the perfect fit for kids aged 5-10 years old, with fully adjustable chin strap with buckle, it allow for a custom fit and can be used over the head to keep the ear flaps elevated.
