The KM-Fit adjustable kettlebell is designed for beginners and experienced users who want to perform strength and full-body training at home. It offers seven weight settings ranging from 1.5 kg to 10 kg, allowing the training load to be adjusted to different exercises and fitness levels. Its compact design combines several training weights in one piece of equipment, helping to reduce the storage space needed in a home gym. The adjustable weight plate system allows users to change the resistance to suit their workout. The kettlebell is suitable for exercises such as swings, squats, deadlifts, rows and presses, which target the arms, shoulders, back, legs and core. Its steel handle supports controlled handling during both dynamic movements and conventional strength exercises. After training, the kettlebell can be stored in the supplied tray to help keep the workout area organised. The kettlebell has an outer casing made from ABS and PP, with weight plates filled with iron and cement. The handle is made from steel and is designed for regular home fitness use. The product measures 21 cm in length, 21 cm in width and 31.9 cm in height. The package contains one kettlebell handle, six weight plates, one storage tray and one user manual.
