The Callow Dual Fuel BBQ Grill is a 2-in-1 charcoal and gas barbecue, perfect for outdoor cooking. It is mounted on a wheeled trolley for easy mobility. On the left, the gas BBQ has two stainless steel burners and a side burner, offering a total of 8.5kW. Each burner is controlled independently with Piezo ignition. The cooking area consists of two cast iron grids (48 x 42cm) and a stainless steel warming rack measuring 45 x 12cm. A removable grease tray simplifies cleaning. The right side features a charcoal BBQ with a height-adjustable galvanised steel tray, controlled by a winding handle for precise heat adjustment. Three air vents, two on the lid and one on the tray improve airflow and temperature control. It also has two cast iron grids and a warming rack. An ash collector ensures easy cleaning. Both sides come with lids and built-in thermometers for temperature monitoring. The BBQ allows for direct grilling with the lid open, convection cooking with the lid closed, and indirect cooking for larger cuts of meat. The trolley features four wheels (two with locking casters) and a storage shelf behind double doors. Two side tables provide prep space, with one covering the gas side burner. A built-in bottle opener adds convenience. The BBQ also includes a 240v electric rotisserie for additional cooking options. This dual-fuel BBQ is ideal for any cooking style, whether you prefer gas, charcoal, or both. Its large capacity is perfect for entertaining, offering ample space to cook a variety of dishes. The BBQ is compatible with propane and butane, with propane recommended for its higher heat output. Supplied with an IGT regulator, hose, and all-weather premium cover for added convenience.
