La Panthre is a Chypre Floral fragrance for women, which was created by Mathilde Laurent and launched in 2014 by Cartier. The fragrance was inspired by the history of Cartier, who have long had a history with a Panther symbol and had previously released a perfume called Panthre back in 1986. In the top notes of the fragrance are notes of Dried Fruits, Rhubarb, Big Strawberry, Anise and Bergamot the heart of the fragrance contains notes of Gardenia, Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Orange Blossom and Pear and base notes of Oakmoss, Musk, Leather and Patchouli. The fragrance is a sensual, powdery one, with gorgeous floral notes, including an excellent Gardenia note. This is best suited to the colder weather of Autumn and Winter.
