The Mediterranean Fruit Collection features four vibrant and aromatic fruit trees: Tahiti Lime, Orange Calamondin, Lemon Tree, and Green Fig. These trees are ideal for patio containers or sheltered sunny spots in your garden. The Tahiti Lime offers zesty green fruit with a delightful fragrance, while the Orange Calamondin produces juicy, sweet-tasting orange fruits. The Lemon Tree takes about a year to ripen but rewards you with fragrant fruit, and the Green Fig produces juicy figs with attractive foliage, harvested from August to September. For best results, plant citrus trees in a mix of ericaceous compost and neutral soil-based compost like John Innes No. 3, and position them in a frost-free spot with full sun. Fig trees prefer a sunny, sheltered position, ideally against a warm wall, and thrive in moist, well-drained soil with added compost. Supplied as 4 x 9cm potted plants, these trees can reach up to 300cm in height and 250cm in spread when fully mature.
