Autumn and winter flowering selection. A breakthrough in modern pansy breeding, these large flowering pansies have been proven to give outstanding performance for maximum satisfaction in both beds and borders and patio containers. Easy to grow. This series retain pansies wonderful cold tolerance, but when the weather is hot and older varieties of pansies become floppy with few blooms, the Matrix pansies will tend to remain well branched, squat and floriferous. PLEASE NOTE - flowering times will vary depending on the time they are planted. For autumn flowering you will need to plant these in either grower cell trays or small grower pots for around 4 weeks to allow for root establishment and then they will be ready for you to put in their final place. If you buy these from October onwards ready for spring flowering these need to be grown on in grower cell trays or pots throughout the winter before planting in their final place early spring, they should be left outside to harden them off throughout the winter months. Here is an idea of when they will then begin to flower for you - Please Note: Due to the nature of these being sown from seed, we cannot guarantee an equal mix of colour.
