Our Grass Underlay comes in a roll rather than mats which makes it easy to manage whilst fitting, and if needed, cutting to shape. Once installed underneath artificial grass it adds a lovely soft, cushioned feel underfoot, comparable to that of a luscious thick lawn. With the addition of a Shock Pad underlay such as ours it gives you added peace of mind and reassurance that should children or adults stumble, fall or even jump from a height that it will absorb impact by creating a cushion to soften the fall. After an impact the underlay will return to its original state keeping your grass level. The excellent drainage of our underlay ensures that water will naturally filter through the drainage holes meaning that after rain it will quickly dry out so that usage of your artificial grass isn't restricted to sunny or dry days.
