Walther Strong Post Tape protects timber fence and gate posts at the most vulnerable zone just above and below ground level. Its specialist non-butyl polymer adhesive bonds into the timber to form a watertight, airtight and weatherproof barrier that blocks moisture, oxygen and UV exposure. The tape is UV stable, remains flexible in harsh conditions and is suitable for treated and untreated wood, working with chemical and non-chemical treatments. Designed for on-site use, it tears cleanly by hand, can be repositioned before curing and can be applied to damp timber or in cold conditions. By sealing primary decay points, Post Tape helps extend the service life of posts and reduce maintenance and replacement costs.
