Anti-Condensation Thermal Paint (Water-Based, Zero VOC) A high-performance, water-based coating engineered to help stop cold interior surfaces from “sweating.” Packed with insulating microspheres, it keeps walls and ceilings a touch warmer than the surrounding air, reducing condensation formation and the risk of black spot mould. Ultra-low odour and zero VOC, it’s ideal for homes, rentals, schools, and healthcare settings. What it’s for Wet rooms & humidity hotspots: showers, bathrooms, utilities, WCs. Cold surfaces & bridges: north-facing walls, window reveals, box rooms, loft conversions, porches. Outbuildings & metal interiors: approved for suitable primed metal panels and containers. Compatible substrates Adheres to metal, brick, tiles, wood, and plastics (ensure sound, clean surfaces and use suitable primers where needed). Finish & colour Smooth matt finish that diffuses light and hides minor surface imperfections. White; can be left as the final finish or over-coated with standard water-based emulsion once cured. Coverage 10 m² per litre (theoretical, per coat). Porous or rough surfaces may reduce coverage.
