AREBOS Stainless Steel Steam Juicer – Gentle Juice Extraction at Home With the AREBOS steam juicer, you can easily turn fresh redcurrants, elderberries, grapes, apples, cherries, quinces, rhubarb and many other fruits into homemade juices, jellies, syrups and liqueurs. The fruit is gently heated using hot steam rather than being boiled directly. This helps preserve its natural flavour and colour. In many cases, peeling, pitting or removing stems is not necessary. The large fruit basket has a capacity of 7.5 litres and can hold up to 4 kg of fruit or vegetables per batch, depending on the variety. The juice container collects up to 4.3 litres of freshly extracted juice. The total capacity of all three containers is approximately 15 litres and does not represent the fruit filling capacity. Juice extraction is particularly easy: simply add water to the bottom container, place the fruit in the fruit basket and put on the lid. The steam does the rest. Depending on the type of fruit, the juice is ready in approximately 30 to 75 minutes. The approximately 40 cm long silicone hose with stainless steel clamp allows you to conveniently fill preheated bottles directly with hot juice. This makes bottling easier and cleaner. The sturdy 5-layer base ensures even heat distribution and is suitable for induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs. The glass lid allows you to monitor the juice extraction process at any time. The food-safe containers made of 201 stainless steel are dishwasher-safe and easy to clean. The individual components can also be used separately: the lower water container can serve as a cooking pot, while the perforated fruit insert can be used as a sieve or steamer basket. The material is suitable for food contact and tested in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and the German LFGB.
