At its core is Peugeot’s innovative Zirlion mechanism, made from durable zirconia and specially engineered to grind dry rock salt crystals measuring less than 6 mm. It produces everything from ultra-fine powdered salt to a satisfyingly coarse grind, allowing for accurate and consistent seasoning. The patented u’Select system features six preset grind settings. Simply turn the ring at the base of the mill to select your preferred texture, from exceptionally fine to crunchy and coarse. Made in France using locally sourced wood from PEFC-certified French forests, the mill is finished with a solvent-free coating for a more environmentally conscious design. Its robust grinding mechanism is guaranteed for life, offering lasting reliability and performance. Please note: Suitable only for dry rock salt. Do not use with wet salt or moist salt, even if it has been dried.
