Place each thermometer away from direct heat sources and strong sunlight for a more representative reading of the surrounding air. These thermometers are for everyday room and garden monitoring, rather than medical use. Having two thermometers means you can check separate spaces without moving the same instrument each time. Keep one in a room used regularly and place the other in a sheltered growing or storage area, according to the product’s placement guidance. Allow time for the reading to settle after moving a thermometer.
