Reconnect with the soulful, time-honoured art of open-flame cooking with this versatile pre-seasoned Cast Iron Griddle Plate from BobbyQ, beautifully crafted to bring a touch of rustic culinary romance and exceptional heat control to your home. Embrace the spirit of adventure as you sear, pan fry, braise, and bake on absolutely any cooking platform. This robust griddle plate is fully compatible with gas, electric, and induction hobs, shifts effortlessly into a roaring oven, and feels right at home over the smoky embers of a garden BBQ or a wilderness campfire. Forged from premium cast iron, this plate arrives pre-seasoned and ready to infuse your dishes with authentic flavour from day one. Celebrated for centuries due to its superior heat retention, the heavy-duty material locks in warmth and distributes it flawlessly, providing a beautifully even, professional-grade cook across the entire surface. Engineered for ultimate versatility, this dual-sided plate features a ribbed side for perfect sear marks and a smooth flat side for classic frying. A built-in grease gutter cleverly collects excess fat and oil for healthier results and a cleaner workspace, while the sturdy twin handles offer convenient, secure carrying between your cooking surfaces and the dining table. PLEASE NOTE: To preserve the timeless character and natural performance of your cookware, a little traditional care is essential. While this griddle plate comes pre-seasoned, you should always wash, thoroughly dry, and then pre-heat it before its first use. To guarantee continued peak performance and maximum longevity, simply re-season the iron periodically to keep it in prime condition for a lifetime of legendary meals.
