    Digital Trading Manager

    As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Trading Manager.

    As a Digital Trading Manager, you will be responsible for driving ecommerce sales for The Range. You will spearhead and assist the Group Head of Digital to implement the trading & promotional strategy across The Range website.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Taking ownership for delivering the digital trading and promotional strategy, focusing on revenue, conversion, AOV, margin, and profitability. You will regularly analyse performance data to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across buying, logistics, marketing, finance, and digital teams to align on commercial goals and execution.
    • Responsibility for developing digital category plans and leading group campaign planning, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy and securing key products.
    • Ensuring optimal digital stock levels for key categories and campaigns and maintain accurate fulfilment forecasts.
    • Leading and developing the digital trading and merchandising team, promoting a data-driven culture and conducting regular performance reviews.
    • Ownership of homepage and content planning processes, optimizing site search and merchandising to boost conversion and AOV, and contributing to the CRO roadmap.

     

    Person Specification:

    • Relevant ecommerce trading experience.
    • Highly numerical and able to form a story using data.
    • Influencing skills essential.
    • Line management skills essential.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to drive process and find & deliver the best ways of working.

    Position: Permanent, Full-time

    Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.

    Location: London & Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite.
