As part of our digital marketing team, you will play a key role in driving CRM success for Homebase primarily, helping to strengthen customer engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to primarily manage The Range CRM channels, focusing on email, SMS and push notification marketing. You will be an essential part of our busy marketing team, working closely with internal design, retail marketing, and digital trade teams to deliver impactful CRM campaigns. This role involves full-cycle CRM marketing - from strategy execution and creative briefing to campaign build and optimisation.
