    As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Team Leader to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

     

    About the Role:

    As part of a busy department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help support Head Office and Stores. No day is the same – typical duties include:

    • Data Collection Operational Support
    • Supporting the department with daily duties
    • Creating work plans for specific projects to execute across the business, in particular retail
    • Liaise with key departments and stake holders across Stores and Head Office
    • Be able to show due diligence and follow up regarding projects and the team
    • Managing and allocating departmental workload
    • Supporting the Office Manager in people related issues within the department
    • Ensure team members are providing an efficient service to support store and head office operations
    • Operational support for stores and head office departments
    • Creating and administrating users on in-house systems
    • Creating and communicating various tasks and reports
    • Ensure any compliance related tasks are complete, analysed and feedback given to relevant Senior Managers

     

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • A background in project planning or supervision in the retail sector is advantageous to this role
    • High degree of accuracy is essential
    • Ability to multitask and show strong organisation skills
    • Can work to deadlines and manage deadlines with all stake holders
    • A team player is essential to build communication with all departments
    • Excellent IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • A true team player underpinned with great communication and interpersonal skills
    • Have the ability build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.

    Position: Permanent, Full-time

    Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.
