As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic New Business Lead within our Marketplace team, to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.
Role Overview:
The New Business Lead will play a crucial role in expanding The Range Marketplace by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new sellers. This role is responsible for sourcing sellers whose product offerings align with the platform’s key and expanding categories, customer expectations, and long-term strategic objectives. Possessing strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of Marketplace dynamics, enabling the assessment of seller potential and the facilitation of a smooth onboarding process. In addition to building a robust pipeline of sellers, the New Business Lead will work closely with wider areas of the business to ensure new sellers are set up for long-term success, contributing to assortment growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall strength and performance of the Marketplace. You will report directly to the Marketplace Manager.
