As we stock thousands of essential everyday products across 184 stores, we received confirmation from Trading Standards that we could remain open during the first lockdown. We can confirm that, just like the first time, all our stores will remain open during the current lockdown and continue to trade our full offer in a safe and responsible way.
As a value retailer, we understand that a lot of our customers rely on us to provide essential items like groceries, pet care products, non-prescription medicines, toiletries, and cleaning items, at the low prices that they need right now.
We’ve continued to work hard at providing safe access to all these necessities under one roof. For our Republic of Ireland and Wales customers we’ve also launched a Reserve & Collect system. You can find your nearest store and check the latest opening hours using the Store Finder here.
Our store teams are taking all the necessary actions needed to help ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues during this time, including enhanced cleaning routines, wearing PPE, and social distancing. For the safety of other shoppers and staff, we ask that you keep a distance of at least 2m (6ft) apart and wear a face covering at all times while shopping with us. We also request that, where possible, you pay by contactless card to reduce the risk of contamination.
Our Customer Care team are working very hard to ensure that all your queries are answered as soon as possible. Unfortunately, due to the impact of the current climate and our concern for the welfare of our staff, we’ve had to reduce our Customer Care operating hours to the following:
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
