We are looking for a checkout assistant to work in a busy retail environment. You will be responsible for keeping your checkout clean and work in a trustworthy manner in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times. You will represent the company on a day-to-day basis on the checkouts, therefore must act responsibly and professionally at all times. To be successful in this role you must be totally customer focused in the way you act and work – responding to all customer requests for assistance in a polite and courteous manner. Previous checkout experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
