Can I Send My Order To A Different Address?

Yes you can. Simply add the second address at the billing stage. Please note the billing address must be the same as shown on your credit card or bank statements.

For security purposes, please note that any orders placed over the telephone and any items purchased from our Technology & Media range of products will only be delivered to the billing address

Do I Get Charged For Delivery Of Each Item I Ordered?

If you order various items in one transaction then you will be only charged once. This may differ when the item incurs an increased rate due to size or bulk item.

Do You Deliver To My Area?

We currently deliver to mainland UK with some exceptions. We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses Northern or the Republic of Ireland.

How Long Will It Take To Deliver?

Small Item Delivery:
We endevour to dispatch the smaller items between *5-6 working days

Large Item Delivery
We try our upmost to deliver larger items between *7-14 working days, larger items inlcude furniture, patio and outdoor living products and large leisure product. Please see individual descriptions for this information.

Direct Home Delivery
For items that are shipped direct from the suppliers, we cannot confirm a delivery date. However you will be contacted directly by the company to arrange a suitable time and day.

How Much Is Postage And Packing?

There is a standard postage and packing fee of £4.95 this covers the majority of items on the website. There are exceptions to this which are clearly marked, such as bulky items or furniture.

What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?

Please check your delivered goods carefully and if they are damaged please floow the . You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days of your delivery by contacting our customer service team on customerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note.

Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.

Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for goods returned without prior notification.

Who Delivers The Item And What Happens If I'm Not There On Delivery?

We deliver to your door using Royal Mail, Parcel force, Nightfreight and Interlink. Delivery timescales are as follows:
Small Item Delivery:

Direct Home Delivery

Delivery of certain items may require a signature; the signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.

If you’re not available on delivery as per Parcel Force delivery, another attempt will be made or a card will be left informing you where to collect.
