Returns Policy
Please check your delivered goods carefully. You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days of your delivery by contacting our customer service team on customerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note.
Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.
Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for goods returned without prior notification.

Delivery Service
We deliver to your door using Royal Mail, Parcel force, Nightfreight and Interlink. Delivery timescales are as follows:
Small Item Delivery:
We endevour to dispatch the smaller items between *5-6 working days
Large Item Delivery
We try our upmost to deliver larger items between *7-14 working days, larger items inlcude furniture, patio and outdoor living products and large leisure product. Please see individual descriptions for this information.
Direct Home Delivery
For items that are shipped direct from the suppliers, we cannot confirm a delivery date. However you will be contacted directly by the company to arrange a suitable time and day.
* Working days are Monday - Friday.
Delivery of certain items may require a signature, the signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person, to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
Please note that if your order is made up of a combination of items, deliveries may be made seperately.
More than one card can be used on each registered account. Only one card can be used per transaction.
Orders placed on this website can only be delivered to mainland UK. We regret that we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, Nothern or the Republic of Ireland.
For security purposes, please note that any orders placed over the telephone and any items purchased from our Technology & Media range of products will only be delivered to the billing address.

Gift Certificate
To purchase a gift certificate simply click on this link Gift Certificates and follow the instructions.
To redeem your Gift Certificate Go to The Range.
Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your basket.
Go through the checkout process until you get to the final order summary page.
Click on the "Gift Certificate" button and copy the gift certificate gift claim code exactly as shown on your emailed Gift Certificate.
Click "continue". This will apply the gift certificate.
If the value of your order is higher than the value of the gift certificate, you will need to pay the difference using a credit/debit card.
If the value of your order is lower than the value of the gift certificate, the balance will be added to your account with The Range, and you can use it on future visits.
If you forget to click on the "Gift Certificate" link, cancel your order and start again. Once your order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a certificate, you are unable to retrospectively use your gift certificate for that order.

From time to time there may be products that are recalled by us to ensure the quality of the products you are receiving are to our high standard specification
