Your new silicone will last longer if you clean and degrease the surfaces properly before applying it. Our Preperation Wipes ensure perfect adhesion for your new silicone every time as they leave no residue on the surfaces.

Our Preperation wipes also kill bacteria so if youre using clear silicone they will help prevent the silicone from going mouldy from behind the joint which makes for a more hygienic silicone joint.
They also remove grout dust and wax from tiles.

Please check your delivered goods carefully. You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days from the day after your delivery by contacting our customer service team on webcustomerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note. Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.

Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind or goods returned without prior notification.
