You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days from the day after your delivery by contacting our customer service team on webcustomerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note. Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.
