Halti Black Headcollar Size 1

The Halti Black Head collar Size 1 has been designed to combine maximum guiding efficiency with comfort for the dog.

There are no metal parts in contact with the dog's skin and the point of guiding is well down the nose and away from the eyes.

A unique feature of the HALTI head collar, is that it has an on-off muzzling action to close the dog's jaws. The HALTI makes training and behaviour modification of dogs practical and safe.

It can be used either as a passive means to simply stop dogs pulling, or as an active training aid. Handlers are able to direct the dog's head, guiding him into desired positions which can then be rewarded.

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 7 working days, however in some circumstances, including medium and large items, it can take up to 7-14 working days to be dispatched.

Please check your delivered goods carefully. You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days from the day after your delivery by contacting our customer service team on webcustomerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note. Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.

Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind or goods returned without prior notification.
