Can I order from The Range and collect from a shop?

Currently it’s not possible for you to order from the website and pick up from your nearest shop. However, you can call and collect from our shops on a wide range of goods. Simply make a note of the product code or name, and then either visit or telephone your nearest The Range store.

Where can I spend my gift vouchers?

Gift vouchers purchased in store can only be redeemed in stores. If you have an online gift voucher, you will only be able to redeem it on our website. Gift vouchers are not currently available to purchase online. The following Terms & Conditions apply

Online gift vouchers may only be redeemed at our website towards the purchase of products listed in our online catalogue. You cannot use a gift voucher to purchase another gift voucher. The gift voucher has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable. Gift vouchers cannot be cancelled by the purchaser of the gift voucher once they have been redeemed in part or in full.

Any unused balance will be credited to the recipient's online account and is not transferable. Your balance can be viewed at any time by logging into the 'My Account' section of our website. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card. The gift voucher must be redeemed before the expiry date that appears on the voucher. Gift vouchers and unused portions of gift vouchers expire one year from the date of issue. Once the voucher has expired we are unable to extend the expiry date.

Our normal Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases except where they conflict with these Terms & Conditions. If you cancel an order for any item you have purchased through your gift voucher, your account will be credited with the amount redeemed. If you redeemed your gift voucher in part payment of any item, your account will be credited with the amount redeemed. We will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is either redeemed through our website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on our site.

Please check that you have correctly entered the recipient's email address as we cannot redirect or refund gift vouchers which have been redeemed by the wrong person on your instructions.

Why aren't all items in The Range shops available to buy online?

The Range stores sells up to 65,000 products laid out over 16 departments. Trying to replicate this choice online would make it difficult to ensure ease and speed of use for our customers.

Nearly all the items we sell online can be found in a The Range store. However, there may be instances when a shop doesn't stock a full range or the item is out of stock, so we would always suggest you contact your local branch before making a special visit.

Why should I save my payment details?

If you save your payment details it will make your checkout process easier. Once your payment details are entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re-enter them again when you make your next order.

How do I place an order?

Once you've found the items you'd like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the "Your basket" link at the top right of your screen.

You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es (please note that this does not include your payment card details). You'll be asked to set up a password to access your account.

At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the Order Summary page.

When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Place order now" button and wait for an online receipt. You'll also be sent a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Frequent Mistakes

When entering your card details please ensure you check the following:

  • You have entered the correct card type (eg Mastercard, Visa, Switch)
  • You have entered the card number correctly (the card number is the longest number shown on the card)
  • You have used the correct cardholders name
  • You have entered the expiry and valid from dates correctly

Do you confirm the order after completion?

Yes we do. Immediately after you complete the order you will get a confirmation email from the website showing the order and details. If you do not see this email please contact customer services. Click here for details.

How do I check if the product is available to order?

The website is built around the stock system, this means if the product is showing on the website, then the product is available for you to purchase. There are exceptions to this in regard to bulkier items such as some furniture and this will be shown accordingly and shown to be available to buy in store only.

If in the event of you being able to purchase an item that is out of stock we will contact you via email and if we are unable to fulfil your order due to no stock coming in then your order will be cancelled and a notification will be sent.

How do I search the site?

The search box is always located at the top of the screen in the middle. You can search by product or brand name, key words such as the product type, or the product code.

You can search in broad terms such as Furniture, or be more precise such as Sofas or Sofa Bed.

The Verification Code is a three-digit number on the back of your Visa Credit card. The full credit card number or just the last four digits of your card number are in the signature box and at the end of the number is the verification Code.
