You must always remove 100% of old silicone before you re-apply NEW silicone otherwise the new silicone will NOT stick.

On un-even tiled surfaces this can be a problem and the only methods, until now, have been the to use chemical eaters which are messy or your good old finger nail which is a laborious process.

The Residual silicone remover brush works, its as simple as that, it takes just a few seconds to completely remove all traces of residual silicone from un-even tiles.

We recommend that you use one of our silicone remover tools to remove the majority of the old silicone then just brush over the surfaces to remove the last remaining bits.

We also recommend that you protect more delicate surfaces such as bathtubs and kitchen worktops with a piece of cardboard. It can also be used to keep the BBQ clean.

Please check your delivered goods carefully. You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days from the day after your delivery by contacting our customer service team on webcustomerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note. Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.

Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind or goods returned without prior notification.
