Ivory Church Candle.

Warning: Remove all packaging labels and any candle wrappings before lighting. Place holder in a safe, level position, away from flammable materials, heat and draughts. Place on a suitable holder able to contain any molten wax spills. Secure candle in an upright position in holder before lighting. Keep wick trimmed to 1cm. Keep wax pool free from foreign objects, i.e. matches. Place candles at least 10cm apart and, ensure there is ample room above flame to burn safely. Never allow the flame to come in contact with holder and, ensure that any decorative candle rings are removed before lighting. Never blow candles out. Always extinguish with a candle snuffer or the back of a metal spoon, taking care not to damage wick. Never leave burning candle unattended or move when lit. Take care not to allow molten wax to come in contact with skin. Always keep away from children and pets.

Please check your delivered goods carefully. You need to notify The Range of any queries within seven days from the day after your delivery by contacting our customer service team on webcustomerservice@therange.co.uk you will then receive a confirmation email and returns authorisation number (RAN) which you will need to add the details to the returns sections of your despatch note. Then simply ensure the item is safely packaged and return to the address on the despatch note.

Please note that when returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging. Postage will not be refunded for change of mind or goods returned without prior notification.
